The device was primarily invented to help address the issues concerning the use of vehicles and its effect on the environment, economy, health and agriculture. A heat exchanger that effectively expands fuel or gas into atomized state for all types of internal combustion engine.

About Thehco

  • It works on both Diesel and Gasoline engines and can be installed on: Land Vehicles, Cars, Generator Sets, Trucks, Heavy Equipments, Motorized Banca, and other Internal Combustion Engines. An installation of Thehco will not require any alteration of such vehicular engines.
  • Moreover, the Thehco device will not intervene or interrupt with the usual function of the engine nor upon its installation and the possibility to disrupt or corrupt some engine parts.
  • This heat exchanger gadget simply functions by borrowing produced heat from the water flowing in the engine, using it to convert thermal temperature to vaporize fuel to expand its atomic molecules.

Benefits

Torque

The torque produced by the engine with Thehco is higher than the standard engine condition. The significant increment appeared at all engine speed conditions with an average of 7.03%. The maximum increased is 8.57% at 2000 rpm. At maximum engine speeds the differences are minimal.

Brake Power (BP)

The BP is being derived from the torque and engine speed measurements. For the engine runs with Thehco Tech, the BP is increased at a maximum of 8.33% at the engine speed of 2000 rpm. The average increased is 6.88%.

Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC)

For the engine installed with Thehco Tech, the BSFC decreased by the average of 5.31% at the range of 1500-4000 rpm. The highest improvement is at 2000 rpm which indicates 6.79% decreased of BSFC. Generally, minimum BSFC prevails with the use of Thehco Tech.

Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx)

As the engine installed with Thehco Tech, the graph shows NOx was decreased at the average of 6.76%. The NOx level was reduced due to the reduction of engine block’s temperature. The average decreased is 5.83%.
